Two main things suggestions, One, that units stay transports once you put them in there and stay there until you move them. I don't like pressing the load button everytime I want to move them.Plus tanks in real life can't float in the ocean, While I haven't try it myself, I don't think they will float in the game Two, Units attacking from transports suffer a attack plenty. It would make harder for people to just jump your capital early on, and don't think people in real would fight hundred percent after being unload from a ship or drop the air right on the battlefield.

The only problem with this is that the units aren't just jumping directly off of a transport, they're taking a week to do so. But I agree with the first idea.

The only thing I think they need to change for transports is to take away the movement penalty for GW transports. I know I may be a little bias, but seriously...

submarines kind of do that already lol. I agree about the GW idea though, the transports are more expensive and less range? WTF >.<

Submarines handle sea transport but what about faster transportation through land? -_-

Guerrilla Warfare is designed to be based on a sort of revolutionary army: a lot of militia and not many resources. The last I checked, I've never seen a militia build giant carriers that cost roughly 4.5 billion dollars and 400 million a year to run (estimating crew, fueling, and maintenance costs) So the difficulty of acquiring resources for these floating behemoths, and the lack of knowledge to operate them, seems entirely to make sense.

Yes I know all too well what guerilla warefare is about and now a quote from another post that I mad to adress the issue of the transports costing more and haveing less range, I agree completely with your point now I present the whole point I was trying to make (in another post not this one).
