Questions regarding units and commanders ~

I have been developing a custom map for quite some time, I want it to be as original and realistic as possible however...

I have a few questions regarding units.

- How can I customize a commanders stack bonus? I see no buttons for this, I wish to incorporate actual military commanders to lead troops

- Is there any possibility I can have standard units that can be used only by a certain player regardless of location? IE, French Infantry which can be re-spawned in foreign territory but only by the player of France?

2nd question, well not really. It IS kind of possible but definetly not realistic.
