Rules:
Map: Europe+
Starting funds: 10k (Can be changed if both opponents agree)
Extra cities (If neither opponent has premium I will be happy to make the game)
Victory: Capture player capital and hold for at least 2 turns
Initial countries: 1
Extra cities: On

Additional rules
Minimum rank to join the tournament is 6 (Sorry)
No multiple accounts. You may enter with one and only one.
Upon the matches being published you will have 5 days to complete the match, you will be eliminated and your opponent will progress to the next stage, unless you contact me before the elimination. The day before you should of played your match I will send you a message as a reminder just in case you forgot.

Best To Worst.
So low ranks will be matched with low ranks and high with high (mostly) But after the first round it will become tighter.
