Help chat filter?

I've been gone from atWar for quite a while now, several months in fact, and I have been hearing this about a filter in the help chat. What is this, and what does it do?

There is a filter not only in help channel but in all the channels in which if your message contains certain word that is in the filter, it won't be sent. It's another tool of mods
