Black screen (mac)

I got the game yesterday everything was fine so i logged off came on later in the evening and when i clicked play black screen. I can't play the game at all and i have only had it for barley one day. I have looked all over the forums too and there seems to be no answer can some help me here? (im on a mac and im using safari)

Trying clearing your browser cache and reinstalling silverlight.

Try updating your OS and browser, if you haven't already. I am on my mac machine, I play on safari and the game works fine each time I jump on.
