Hi guys l just bought premimum and me and a friend want to start a coalities but then we saw that you need 10000 sp we thought you needed premium or 10000 sp so can you make a coaltie w premimum and if you wanne be a officer do you need to pay or what pls help

You have to be premium to be a Leader/Officer/Create a Clan.

Yes, you can make coalitions if you have Premium.
Your Subscription is 'til 10.07.2015, which means you have plenty of time to do it.

As you have purchased Premium, there's nothing else to pay for but the renewal of Premium, if you'd like to keep it, which you'll have to do when your current Subscription expires.

I actually advise you to save up sp and buy the important upgrades and then maybe consider creating a coalition, however the choice is yours.

EDIT: totally missed that reading on my phone, well my point still stands but if I could donate a clan somehow without leaving SM, I would.

I think that he is asking someone to create a coalition for them since they can't afford the sp.... not that he wants to create it on his own as some of you seem to insinuate... right???
