It looks like it was a wf unit from a dead player that got pushed toward the cap of the city to make room for all the surronding units.

it was 1vs1 from like the past 3 turns.... and paris wasnt like that

lol idk how I did it, but me and a teanmates attacked the same city one turn before he dies.

However, you got a neutral units in paris LOL. Please explain us how or I'l report you as bugger.

its not bug :O i can do it but its not bug ...................... and i didnt do it last game

Then what is? because I couldnt attack france because that unit..... ( and the wall I forgot to break last turn, hehe)

It happens to me every now and then. i find it happens when i move a troop to attack the line of the wall, but it glitches and the attack never goes through so the unit just kinda sits there.

I had a similiar bug a month or 2 ago in a ww1, forgot to report. I was Serbia and was rushing Bulgaria's cap. And as I moved my stack over his cap it started fking hovering.
