Password changeing by E-mail

Well, i lately forgot my accounts password, i tried some stuff and i tried the 'send me an e-mail button' hoping i would've used an e-mail. But guess what, my account didn't have an e-mail and now THE PASSWORD IS CHANGED WITHOUT ME KNOWING WHAT IT IS. now i found my old password again, but the bug want's to take me up the ass :3

but this isn't even the worst part about this bug, EVEN WORSE is that seemingly you can change anyones password without him knowing. Zizous password? CHANGED! Tophats password? CHANGED! Mauzers password? CHANGED! belive someone doing this...pls FIX FAST
