Chat delay and not able to join

When I click on the 'Join' button it brings me to the Lobby. Now when I try to chat it takes like over 1 min for it to pop on chat. And I can't join any game, I can't even go to the SP store thing! And my Internet Connection has 5 bars, what is wrong?

5 bars is telling the status to your (WIFI) connection to the modem/router i guess. But it will not say something about the speed of your internet. It looks like a connection(speed) problem, and if you are the only one with this problem, its probably something on the clienside (your place).

Like what Hugo said, it's most likely your internet speed that's slow. The 5 bars just means that you have a strong connection to your router, and has nothing to do with the speed of your internet.
