Donation of troops

I'd be nice to donate troops to our allies, and these troops would be placed in or ally's capital

When you think about it this is a really bad and an unfair idea to opposing players or teams first of all.

Then comes the problem of various strategies we have here in AW... certainly you for example playing imperialist with low cost units and then "donating" units to your ally who plays a strategy with tougher more expensive units would be unfair.

Then donating troops to your ally who is bankrupt, deficit keeps getting bigger but you give him troops for who's upkeep he pays nothing... is just a few issues i could think off.

It's unfair for another player to fight 2 players
