Link accounts on every social media to atwar account.
Ex on facebook:
1(or more) protocoin for every people who share a post from the official page of the game(it would only work once) - If possible
Of course there would have to be more posts on facebook for it to work, but...
If 200 players shared a different post everyday, their friends would see the post and they might be interested to play the game.
