Do you like to put yourself at odds? Play challenges, hard situations and emerge as victorious where nobody else saw opportunity? Then take a clovis's challenge and test yourself!

Challenge 1: Play as Syria against Iraq players! Middle East 3k 2 mim - Hard

Challenge 2: Pick Germany against Ukraine! Standard Eu+ 10k game - Hard

Challenge 3: Crush Ecuador players as Uruguay in LA 3k 2 min - Very Hard

Challenge 4: Dominate Cameroon players by slow rolling on a East Africa country in Africa 3k 2 minutes! - Very Hard

Challenge 5: Pick Afghanistan against North Korea! Asia 3k 2 minutes with extra cities - Insane

I've picked theses 5 challenges because they all seems odds. However I guarantee you that they can be done if you're skillful enough - in fact, I've successfully achieved a positive W:L ratio on all of them. Are you brave enough to try? Smart enough to win? Good Luck!

You can't say which is hard and which isn't. Anything is a challenge if the player is good. It depends on the player not the country.

Try winning a bog-standard 4 minute, 5 or 10 k$, 6-player free-for-all Europe or Europe+ game in the main lobby. Play Iceland. Do not play a strategy that requires SP or Premium (just PD, RA, NC, or Imp). Oh, and it doesn't count if you win by everyone else quitting.

I've tried it 6~7 times over the last year or so. I've yet to win even once, but I came pretty close on a couple games.

Not really, Iraq can expand into Iran and the Arabian gulf. That zone have around 300 more income than Syria's zone (which matter a lot there as both have less than 1k economy), not for say how easy is to block Syria and expand into the rest of middle east...

If you can try and achieve a good W/L ratio there though, then you're truly smart

Why would you challenge someone to something that you can't do by yourself? I'm not looking for impossible games here. Rather odd games that can be won by outplaying your opponent.

Of course you have achieved a positive W/L ratio, if you divide 1 with 99 ratio is still positive.

Ecuador's expansion zone have 100 more income (unbelievable but true...) and around 38 more reinforcements. On the top of that having a zone like Balkans [closer countries] allows fast expansion and makes it hard to penetrate through.

Uruguay's unique advantage is that it can expand through richer countries earlier on. But it is horrendous at lategame. Your richest city [Santiago de Chile] is very very close to the Pacific Sea [dominated by Ecuador]. Your main concentration of reinforcements [Brazil] are far from Chile as well.

Congratulation for winning though
