Imperialist. [Answered]

Hi guys, I've read much about a strategy called "Imperialist", but I don't see this in my strategies! Is this a strategy that I have to unlock? Thanks.

you buy it for sp. Click on the plus sign in the top right hand corner in the lobby.

Hm... no? Without money you get all the possible strategies except for 3. The ones you buy at upgrades are paid with sp, which is won in game, not with money.

it's less than 1k of strategic point(sp)

Imp = 200 sp. One of the cheapest upgrades of all... you can get 200 sp in a single game. Just check it out yourself

Because Naval Commander is useless on Archipelago maps like Oceania and S.E. Asia...

It's even useful for maps that don't have that much of sea like archipelago maps, I find it useful for Eu, sometimes even for Asia if you start near the sea.
