Dear admins, mods, and helpers: I would like to propose making it a bannable offense to deliberately leave a game for the purpose of ruining it. As we all know, atwar is suffering tremendously, so I think we need to dissuade trolls in this environment by banning them when it's obvious they deliberately left turn 1 without sufficient reason. Players can ban other players, but this doesn't stop the troll.

As a casual player, I know it's a serious problem, though some people try to get around this by using private games(I don't know how effective that is). Perhaps rather than a full ban, players who do this could be barred from the game(ignoring ongoing casual games) for a few days after doing it a certain number of times in a row, or perhaps a setting could be added that blocks people from playing scenarios/team games that seem to have a habit of doing this. People who are flagged incorrectly can file an appeal, or ask the game host to make exceptions for them(perhaps the setting could have an exceptions list).
