Server issues

Hello everyone. New player and first-time poster here. I have found that the last few days the server keeps going down several times per day with spotty connections for long periods of time. It is getting old fast!

I have been playing many casual games so at least I can keep playing. I would be livid at this point if I was playing a quick game.

My question is... is this normal? I don't have the time to continue replaying they same turn over and over. Is this a rare issue?

I have NEVER had connection issues until playing this game so I KNOW it is NOT on my end.
