It doesent work that way, every organism reacts differently to certain types of foods, some people have higher energy when eating mostly a carnivore diet, some have the opposite and some are alergic or autoimune to a whole group of foods.
Thats why nutrition is important, and its important to experiment with it, so you can find your perfect diet and stick by it for healthier life.

1. People will blame things for not suceeding. I don't see this as any different than somebody else using some bullshit scapegoat to justify their failures.

2. Im by no means an expert on this and neither are you acqui. There's the pragmatic legal way of looking at this topic where people are innocent until proven guilty. But there's also the problem of how to convict people of rape. Often the evidence for rape is not as concrete as something like drug posession. There's definitely people wrongly found guilty of rape, but there are also people who got away with it because of the nature of evidence in rape cases. What those young women you describe believe is that the legal system unfairly places too much burden on the victim and not the suspect. Im not arguing for or againsts this belief but people are free to voice their opinion on how the justice system should be ran. There is no perfect judicial system and nobody has the perfect answer to the philosophy of laws.

I guarantee you people's perception of an idea will be different if they are orated by a man versus by a woman even if both give identical presentations.They are not literally arguing their brains are wired the same as a man.
