Scenario Cloning

I cloned the Game of Thrones war of 5 kings scenario and reworked it into a new modern GoT scenario ready for alpha testing. Unfortunately, even though I clicked the "publish" box in the map editor, I cannot get past the starting screen. I always get an error "scenario not found" when I try to start one.

I did not know that was a thing, I'm sorry. This is the first scenario I've done since the change.

It's been over a week. Could it be a problem that I have only cloned the scenario and not the map, and I don't have scenario rights to the source map?
