07.03.2019 - 16:19 This game takes place in the fantasy world of Tamriel in the province of Morrowind (obviously) The inspiration and ideas of the map draws heavily from old UN games The game is a 16 player game Great Houses & Major players There is a total of 6 potential factions(known as Houses) to join this game *House Hlaalu - A house in western Morrowind centered in the city of Narsis, a firm supporter of the Imperial rule in Morrowind, more open and liberal than the other great houses *House Redoran - A house in western Morrowind centered in Blacklight. Seasoned warriors who value honor *House Dres - A house in southern Morrowind centered in Tear. An agrarian society that thrives on agriculture and slave labor. *House Telvanni - A house in northeastern Morrowind centered in Port Telvannis. A wealthy, yet isolationist society that thrives on the business of slavery. *House Indoril - A house in central Morrowind based in Mournhold, the capital of Morrowind. A firm anti-imperial house once led by the great ancestral hero Indoril Nerevar *House Dagoth - The dreaded sixth house centered in Red Mountain volcano. Led by Dagoth Ur, a rogue who wants to usurp Morrowind's leadership. (Note: Joining this faction, makes you a rogue yourself and therefore an enemy to everyone in game) Major players: *Empire of Cyrodiil & Imperial Legion - These two players are like the overseers of Morrowind. Their job is to essentially oversee the province, auction neutral lands, fight any revolting players, and take out House Dagoth. *Black Marsh - An imperial province to the south of Morrowind, home to the argonians. Black marsh and Morrowind are historical enemies and Morrowind would tend to raid this region and kidnap argonians and bringing them in as slaves. Black Marsh is an enemy to ALL of Morrowind, however the Empire/Legion cannot fight Black Marsh as they are apart of the Empire Religions There is three divisions of Dunmeri religion, all of which can be justifications to declare war on other Houses or rebel against your house head. *Tribunal Temple - Three living gods who achieved divinity through sacrilege. *House of Troubles - The "bad gods", consisting of gods who are considered evil and are holy obstacles during the Testing *Old Temple - The "good gods", consisting of deities who guided their ancestors to Morrowind and taught them their ways That concludes the overview. The rules of the map will be addressed in the following forum post

Rules: 1. Players can join any of the 6 houses 2. House Dagoth is automatically rogue so any player can attack them and members of the house, even Imperials 3. Black Marsh is an enemy of all of Morrowind, however Imperials/Cyrodiil cannot attack Black Marsh 4. If Imperials take any of Morrowind, the great Houses can rebel against the Empire 5. The great houses can vote on policies such as slavery and trade 6. The Imperials cannot expand into Morrowind unless the house is rebelling from the Empire/they are fighting house Dagoth 7. If slavery is banned, Imperials take all slave camps 8. If trade is turned down, trade routes cannot be used 9. Imperials auction off neutral land (neutrals are not free for all) 10. If the two imperials die, the strongest house becomes new Morrowind authority (strongest house has most members) 11. War must be declared at least 1 minute before prior turn, reason provided 12. If a house head dies, they become a lesser house and lesser house cannot vote anymore 13. Players can only leave a house if their house head dies. 14. Great Houses can declare war on neutrals without reason. Neutrals, however cannot attack other neutrals 15. You must follow the religion of your great house, you can start a religious war against your house however

Nice Idea but I want a few points to be aclared: 1. Can anyone rebel vs Empire without following House Dagoth or Imperials taking any lands? If yes what are the valid reasons? 2. If a House Head/The Empire dies because a internal rebelion can the rebel house take its place?

1. Yes, reasons can be the empire expanding into morrowind or religion 2. The empire is automatically succeeded by strongest house in Morrowind(one with most members), if the house head falls to another house member, then yes the rebel can take it's place as head

Good and all, but you should finish what you started: making maps about wars that Atwar needs but lacks. Like your Iraq-Iran War, or Vietnam War. That was my plan, but since i gave up on mapmaking long ago, and you already started, finish it, like a series. War in Afghanistan (Soviet), Great African War, Ukrainian War. Why not Battle of France (Germany vs France only, few players).
---- If a game is around long enough, people will find the most efficient way to play it and start playing it like robots
